How do I return?
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please send us an informal cancellation notice by email to webshop@thecraftshop.at within two weeks. Please be sure to include the order and invoice number, as well as the corresponding item numbers of the return. Then, send the item(s) back to us by registered mail (with a tracking number) at your own expense. We expect the package within one week of your cancellation notice! The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition; otherwise, we cannot refund your purchase. We will notify you of the status of your refund within 24 hours of receiving the return.
My delivery arrived damaged, what should I do?
We package and ship with the utmost care, and in rare cases, an item may be damaged during transit. If your package arrives with visible external damage, please report it to the delivery driver immediately upon delivery (with a picture and confirmation). Please let us know immediately by sending us a message via our contact page. Unfortunately, we cannot accept delayed reports of transport damage.
How long can I reverse my purchase decision?
We accept returns and offer refunds up to 14 days after a product arrives. After this time, we cannot accept refunds or returns. (See also "How do I return?")
