How much does shipping cost within Austria?
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and ship standard orders within 1–2 days. During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow a few extra days. Larger items are shipped within 3 days via our trusted courier service, and there are no additional packaging charges, as we recycle most of what we receive—we're simply trying to do our part for the environment:

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Don't worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package's whereabouts.
When will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we've shipped your order.
Can I also pick up my order?
